The service

MYBAG helps collectors catalog luxury handbags, estimate their value, arrange authentication and insurance, and buy and sell in a members’ marketplace. By using MYBAG you agree to these terms.

Valuations are estimates

Market values shown in MYBAG are curated estimates, not formal appraisals, and may differ from what a bag actually sells or insures for. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a purchase, sale, or insurance decision.

Marketplace, authentication & insurance

• Listings, offers, and sales are between members. MYBAG facilitates the connection and record-keeping; buyers and sellers are responsible for completing the transaction.
• Authentication is performed by reviewers and reflects their professional opinion; it is not a guarantee.
• Insurance details you enter record your own policy with a third-party insurer. MYBAG is not an insurer and does not provide coverage.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your bags and listings.
• Only list items you own and have the right to sell.
• Do not misuse the service, other members, or the API.

Liability

MYBAG is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from valuations, transactions between members, or authentication opinions.
