Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data — your name, email address, and profile photo, provided by the sign-in provider you choose (Google or Facebook) or entered in Settings (name, location).
• Collection data — the bags, photos, purchase details, valuations, insurance details, wishlists, listings, and offers you add.
• Usage data — sign-in events and account activity kept in an audit log for security.

How we use it

• To provide the service: valuations, marketplace, wishlist alerts, and notifications.
• To secure accounts and investigate abuse.
• We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.

What other users see

Your collection is private to your account. If you list a bag for sale, buyers see the listing details and photos. Individual sellers are shown as “Independent sale” with a general location — never your name. Storefront accounts display their store name.

Storage & retention

Data is stored on servers in AWS (US regions) and retained while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your personal data, collection, photos, and listings.

Your choices

• Edit or delete bags, photos, and listings at any time.
• Request account deletion from Settings or by email.
• API keys you create can be revoked at any time in Settings.
